Marlie Caban, an Associate of the firm has extensive experience in Local Government and Planning Law and works closely with Rob Mallik in meeting the needs of our Council and Developer clients, she has particular expertise in Planning Agreements, Class 1, Class 4 and Class 5 actions.  Marlie also has experience with Wills, Power of Attorneys and Enduring Guardianship, Probate and Conveyancing. 

 

Therese Mallik, an Associate of the firm, leads our Commerical Property and Probate team.  She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and has extensive knowledge in the industry.
