The Team

The MALLIK REES team is headed by Rob Mallik an Accredited Specialist in Local Government and Planning Law. Rebecca Flick is a senior associate solicitor of the firm with extensive experience in Family Law, representation in all courts for Criminal Law and many other areas. Peter Rees is also an Accredited Specialist in Local Government and Planning Law and a consultant for the firm. Therese Mallik handles all of our Conveyancing and Probate areas of law and Marlie Woodbine has experience with Wills, Power of Attorneys and Enduring Guardians and is gaining a range of experience with Local Government and Planning Law. Our focused and professional staff of Lawyers and Paralegals are backed up by our highly skilled support staff.

Rob and Peter carefully oversee each of their areas of expertise. In particular, Rob is an Accredited Specialist in Local Government and Planning Law. In fact he was one of the first specialists in Local Government & Planning Law accredited by the Law Society of N.S.W under its Specialist Accreditation scheme. Peter is a well respected and experienced Local Government and Planning Lawyer with extensive experience in this field.
