An Identification Survey shows the position of the buildings on the land in relation to the boundaries of the land.

• A Peg Survey is where the boundaries of the land are marked by survey pegs.

Sometimes there may be an existing Survey report which the Vendor will make available and would be acceptable if there have been no additions or alterations to the property since the date of the Survey.
