A Pest report is a report carried out by a licensed pest controller after an inspection of the property. This report will show any current or past infestation and advise you as to matters that may need to be addressed.

A Building report is a report carried out by a professional as to the condition and state of repair of the buildings on the property.

Other reports which you may or may not deem necessary include Plumbcheck, Electrical Inspection, Geo-technical Report and any other expert reports required for your intended use of the property.
We can advise you and if required arrange on your behalf to have pre-purchase Pest, Building or other reports carried out. Some of these reports need to be done prior to exchange of Contracts (eg if a Pest report indicates active termites or damage from past infestation you will have no redress if you are already bound by a Contract).
Some searches, enquiries and reports can be done after you are bound by a Contract but others need to be done prior to that time.
