Even where you have arranged your own Finance, you must see us.
It is imperative that unconditional Finance approval has been obtained to ensure sufficient monies are available to complete your Purchase.
We will check your Finance approval to ensure there are no unfulfilled conditions and advise you as to any additional requirements.
