Marlie is a recent Arts Law graduate from the University of Newcastle and works under the direct supervision of Rob Mallik and Peter Rees and performs many of research tasks for the Principal, Special Counsel and the Associate of the firm. Marlie has recently been involved in a number of leading Class 1 appeals on behalf of Great Lakes Council in association with Peter Rees and has gained substantial experience in Class 1 appeals. She has also been engaged recently with the Principal, Rob Mallik, in assisting him in relation to a number of Class 4 (injunction) proceedings on behalf of Great Lakes Council. She has done much of the drafting work in relation to those Class 4 matters and we are pleased to advise that Great Lakes Council was successful in relation to all of the Class 4 matters that were conducted by Rob Mallik and Marlie Woodbine recently.
