Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours and a Diploma in Legal Practice. She extensive experience in Family Law and Criminal Law and represents many of clients in these areas.
She has undertaken work in all areas of Local Government and Planning Law, including the following:
- Acquisitions of land, including Native Title acquisitions
- Dedication of land as reserves and public roads
- Preparing and filing appeal books
- Advising on drafting of easements to title
- Advising in relation to Roads Act and status of roads
- Advising in relation to rights of ways and right to maintain same
- Advising on the code of conduct and on development agreements
- Advising on licence agreements
- Class 1 and 4 proceedings in the Land and Environment Court
- Investigating and drawing pleadings for Class 5 proceedings
and numerous other advices in Local Government and Planning Law
