Laura graduated with a Bachelor Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice in 2010 after previously completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Newcastle.
Laura’s practical experience whilst at university includes working the University of Newcastle’s Legal Centre and working at a Central Coast law firm specializing in criminal and Local Government and Planning law. Through this practical experience Laura had the opportunity to develop here research and drafting skills to a professional level.
Laura started working at Mallik Rees in 2010 giving her the opportunity to pursue her passion for Local Government and Planning law. Laura has been working under the supervision of Rob Mallik and has gained valueable experience with Land and Environment Court matters.
Laura understands the confusion and emotion that goes into administrating a loved ones estate and is able to guide and advise executors of a Will about obtaining a Grant of Probate and distributing the assets to the beneficiaries of the Will.
Laura also has experience and is able to give you advice in drafting and executing Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorneys and Enduring Guardian documents.
Laura can also advise and assist you in the purchase of sale of property and assist you in your Local Court matters.
